Thunderbolts and Lightning

Did you know that Florida (and Central Florida in particular) is the Lightning capital of the US?

Really... we're near the top worldwide, with our average lightning count only topped by a few warmer equatorial places with longer summers and more chance for the violent summer storms that bring the pretty fireworks.
